Enjoy Dragonfly’s Turkey Sandwich the Day After

DALLAS (November 3, 2009) – Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa will again offer its annual holiday spread this Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 26, from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m, and upon leaving, guests will receive a complimentary “Turkey Tote,” filled with the requisite fixings for a post-Thanksgiving turkey sandwich.

Diners will enjoy Executive Chef Grant Morgan’s four-course, prix fixe meal, offering a variety of chef-inspired traditional plates:

Pan Roast Texas Quail -sweet potato cornbread & nutmeg cream
Sauteed Head On Shrimp -red chile tamale & queso fresco
Blue Crab Risotto - horseradish & parmesan

Soup and Salad
